Jr. Beta members held their first meeting this afternoon. Jr. Beta Club is a national and state organization that promotes the ideals of academic achievement, character, leadership, and service among middle school students. Students received invitations to participate in this organization if they achieved academic honors in the first quarter of school.

Mrs. Rodger's 5th graders engrossed in the movie the BFG by Roald Dahl. They just finished the reading the book in class and Monday they will begin identifying the differences and similarities they found using Venn diagrams/graphs.
Mrs. Scantlin’s Second grade class hosted our PK class to share their latest project. Last week, each 2nd Grader read a book and then designed a pumpkin to match one of the main characters from that book. They shared their book and their pumpkin with their visitors. Well Done!!!
